
About Cecelia Pharris-Crum, MSW, LCSW
Cecelia Pharris-Crum is a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience helping individuals, families, and adolescents navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals. She received her bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University and her master’s degree from Temple University. Throughout her career, Cecelia has provided compassionate, evidence-based support addressing mental health, behavioral challenges, reproductive health, and overall wellness.
She has served in a variety of roles within the human services field, where she designed and implemented programs to support adolescents and adults in diverse settings. Cecelia brings a strength-based, client-centered approach to her work, utilizing motivational interviewing and other proven strategies to help clients set achievable goals, overcome barriers, and foster lasting positive change.
Cecelia partners with clients to identify their unique strengths, develop actionable strategies, and achieve meaningful, sustainable results, empowering them to move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose. She is dedicated to helping clients create transformational outcomes that improve their quality of life and foster long-term growth.
